I first contacted Julio to verify that the site was legit and he was transparent and I was very comfortable with him. I sent him our story and within a few days i received the lyrics and I was so pleased with it and very surprised at the quality. I had only one word to change. A few days later when I received the completed song I cried and cried. I must have listened to it 10 times a day for 2 weeks and got emotional everytime. Then 1 day I realized something was missing in the song that was a very important but tragic event in our life. I contacted Julio and he immediately told me that he would redo the song and add a verse. I offered to pay to have it re-done and he said that he would not accept as he wanted me to leave with the perfect song that I wanted.
The way he wrote that verse made into a miracle rather than a tragic event.
