We want every client to feel confident and satisfied with their custom song or video. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we offer the following policy:

🎵 MP3 Songs

• You will receive a preview version of your custom MP3 song for approval.

• If you're not satisfied with the preview, you may request a 100% full refund.

• Once the final MP3 is approved and delivered, the song becomes non-refundable.

 

🎞️ Photo Montage Songs & Cinematic Videos

These products are created in two steps to ensure your satisfaction:

Step 1 – MP3 Song Creation

• Just like with MP3 Song orders, you'll receive a preview version of your custom song.

• If you're not satisfied with the preview, you may request a 100% full refund at this stage.

• Once the final MP3 is approved, the song becomes non-refundable and we move to video production.

Step 2 – Video Production

• After MP3 approval, we begin creating your Photo Montage Song or Cinematic Video using the visuals you’ve provided.

• Each video product includes 1 or 2 revisions, depending on the package selected, for light changes such as image order, timing, text, or transitions.

• Once video production begins, no refunds are offered due to the custom nature and editing time involved.
