Welcome to MyAirSongs! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the creation and delivery of custom MP3 songs and MP4 Photo Montage Songs.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. 📌 Overview of Services
We create and deliver custom digital products based on the information and materials you provide. Our products include:

2. 🕒 Delivery & Turnaround Time
All products are delivered digitally via email or download link.Estimated delivery times:

MP3 Song: 1–2 business days

Photo Montage Song: 5–7 business days (after MP3 approval)
Delays may occur based on complexity or volume of orders. We’ll keep you informed along the way.
3. 🔄 Revisions
Each product includes one free revision unless otherwise stated.

MP3 Songs:Revisions to the lyrics or structure will generate a completely new version of the song (new voice, melody, or tone). Additional revisions may incur a fee.

Photo Montage Songs & Cinematic Videos:These products are created in two steps:

Step 1: You receive and approve the MP3 song (same revision policy as above).

Step 2: We begin video production.One or two revisions are included depending on the package, for light edits (e.g., image order, text, or timing).Once video production begins, no refunds are offered.
4. 💸 Refund Policy

MP3 Songs:If you are not satisfied with the song lyrics, you may request a 100% full refund before the MP3 production start. After download or approval, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

Photo Montage Songs: You may cancel and request a full refund before the MP3 production starts. Once the MP3 is approved and video production begins, no refunds are available.
5. 📦 Shipping Policy
All products are and delivered via email or download link. There are no shipping fees, and delivery is available worldwide.
6. 📜 Usage Rights

You may use your song or video for personal use (e.g., sharing with loved ones, playing at events).

For commercial use (e.g., business, podcast, promotional content), please contact us. We can provide a commercial usage license for an additional fee.
7. 🖼 Media & Copyright Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that any photos, videos, or written content you provide:

We reserve the right to reject content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on copyrights.
